Notice: September 9th, 2024: Due to the current City of Calgary water restrictions, all recreation facilities, including Trico Centre, have been asked to close their steam rooms and hot tubs. In response, we will be taking the following steps to help reduce water usage. Effective immediately, the following amenities will be closed until further notice:
– Hot Tub, Steam Rooms, Fitness Centre Showers, and Arena Showers
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to conserve water during this time. Your support helps us comply with the City’s request and contribute to the community’s efforts. Thank you for your patience. We will provide updates as they become available.

Adults Only (16+) Deep End

This time is for adults 16 years and older. No children under the age of 16 years old are permitted in the aquatics centre during this time.

Please note:
– Aqua Bootcamp will be running in the shallow end during this time. Those who choose to swim may utilize the deep end space from the 4″0″ marker onwards for swimming laps and/or doing self-led deep-water exercises.
– The aqua fitness class will have upbeat music playing. 
– All participants wanting access to the pool deck MUST be a paying participant. This includes non-swimmers.
– Non-paying participants are welcome to view the pool from the upper level lobby.
– There are no classes running at this time.

15 spots are exclusive for our members, for reservation 6 days in advance, up to 1 hour before.

– You must arrive within 10 minutes of the activity starting or your spot will be released. If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot (with the link in your confirmation email or in your user dashboard). *Phone call reservations will not be accepted.
