Our air-conditioned 20,000 square foot fitness centre includes: state of the art fitness equipment including free weights, dynamic belt squat, glute trainer, five squat racks, Smith machine, cardio and strength training machines, and separate change room facilities. It also includes a three-lane running track with a rubberized surface, and three fully equipped fitness studios that host a full spectrum of health and fitness classes.

Trico Centre’s 6 to 12-week registered fitness classes offer something for everyone and provide you with a consistent program to increase your knowledge and abilities. Programs include, prenatal yoga, baby & you classes, strength, social, Pilates and more!
Join us for a variety of fitness workshops, from barre and brunch at Craft Market to one-day sound healing yoga.
At Trico Centre, we believe that a healthy and active lifestyle should begin early – and be fun. Youth aged 9-11 and 12-14 years can access the Fitness Centre upon completion of an orientation.
The youth orientation is free for members. Online reservations are available for orientations, please register in advance below.

Youth ages 9-11 years old will have access to the Fitness Centre within arm’s reach of a parent upon the completion of Youth Orientation 1 (YO1). Participants learn how to use size-appropriate cardio equipment and perform some strength exercises primarily focused on body weight movements. One parent is required to take the YO1 with the youth.
Youth ages 12-14 years old will have access to the Fitness Centre upon the completion of Youth Orientation 2. All cardio equipment becomes available, and a basic workout program is introduced focusing on primary movement patterns and foundational strength. Machine weights, and functional equipment are covered.
