Two of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors Are Right Here at Trico Centre!

We’re bursting with pride to announce that two of Trico Centre’s incredible instructors have been recognized by Impact Magazine as part of Canada’s Top 205 Fitness Instructors of 2025!

This national spotlight celebrates the passion, commitment, and excellence of fitness leaders who are making a true impact in their communities—and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see Tanya Reid and Heather Teichrob on that list.

Meet Tanya Reid

Whether you’ve taken Aquacise, Strength, Older Adult classes or explored the unique benefits of Hypopressives, you know Tanya brings a level of empathy and encouragement that stays with you. Her journey—overcoming both physical and mental hurdles as a single mom—has shaped the way she leads her classes today.

Tanya believes that movement should be accessible, joyful, and inclusive. Her classes are known as safe, welcoming spaces where every participant feels seen, supported, and empowered.

At Trico Centre, Tanya helps clients tap into their own resilience, while building strength both inside and out. Her energy is magnetic, and her message is clear: you are capable—no matter where you’re starting from.

Meet Heather Teichrob

From the beat-driven fun of Barre, to the energizing burn of Cycle, to the dynamic flow of Aquacise, Heather Teichrob does it all—with heart and purpose. Her classes are more than workouts—they’re experiences rooted in confidence, mindset, and inner strength.

Heather’s mission is to help people of all ages and fitness levels connect to the power they already have. She sees movement as a tool for transformation, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
