Trico Centre offers over 25 weekly drop-in group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, spin, barre fusion, aquatic fitness, cardio, TRX, HIIT, strength and older adult. 

All fitness classes are member-only.  Members must sign up IN ADVANCE for classes on our new pre-registration system!  Go to
