Trico Centre offers over 35 weekly drop-in group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, spin, Zumba, aqua fit, cardio, strength, and older adult.  Class sizes are capped.  Please sign up IN ADVANCE for classes on our pre-registration system.  Go to
