Group Fitness Schedule

Trico Centre offers over 20 weekly drop-in group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, spin, zumba, cardio, strength, and older adult.

Low intensity classes such as Pilates, yoga, core xpress and gentle fit are in-person classes at Trico Centre and are for members and 10-visit pass holders only.  Patrons must sign up IN ADVANCE for classes on our pre-registration system.  Go to www.tricocentre.ca/reserve.

Higher intensity classes are currently provided live over Zoom (please refer to our online schedule: www.tricocentre.ca/fitness-schedule for links).
