Group Fitness Schedule

Trico Centre offers over 50 weekly drop-in group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, spin, zumba, cardio, strength, older adult and deep water workout. 

All fitness classes are for members and passholders only.  Members and passholders must sign up IN ADVANCE for classes on our new pre-registration system!  Go to
