Yoga: Strong

Yoga is a combination of many things, a veritable yin and yang.  Strength and flexibility training is accomplished through many different asanas (or poses).  Mind and spirit are calmed through pranayama (or breathing and meditation practices).  Afterwards the body and soul are re-invigorated for the challenges of work, play and life in general.  This class facilitates general movement, and posture. Less flow, longer holds creates strength and focus. Yin style finishers focus on opening the body.

Class sizes are capped at 24 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.
