Lift: Teen

TEENS ONLY! Must be 12-18 years old.

Amp up your strength, power and metabolism through resistance training. Expect a full-body strength-based class using a variety of equipment including barbells, body weight and free weights. Often strength and power are the missing piece to a great workout regime.

All fitness levels welcome. Class sizes are capped at 14 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.

FREE for members! Entry into group fitness classes varies. Always free for members, $9.00-$16.00 for the public. Please check-in and pay at Guest Services.
