The goal of having this system is to make record keeping and checking more efficient and effective for everyone!
On the last day of lessons, the swim instructor will hand you instructions, with your/your child’s customer id. If you missed the last class or lost your instruction sheet, please review our FAQ below.
To view your report card, enter your customer ID in Swimgen:
All participants will be notified by their instructor whether they have completed or incomplete their level with a progress paper slip. Report cards will be available to everyone after all classes have ended on the lesson day.
SwimGen uses each registrants personal Trico Centre Customer ID. If you lost the instruction slip, or you/your child missed the last class, you can find the Customer ID in your ActiveNet account.
How to find your Customer ID to use in SwimGen:
1) Log into ActiveNet > Select “My Account” > Select “Transaction and payment history”.
2) Find any enrollment for the swim participant and select highlighted number (ie. No. 1231231.001).
3) The Customer ID can be found in the top right of your receipt.
4) Copy your Customer ID, and enter it into SwimGen

No, with the new online system we will no longer be using ribbons or awards unless it is a Bronze level or Higher (Bronze Star, Medallion, Star, National Lifeguard, Lifesaving and Swim Instructor/Examiner). If there are further questions about this please contact aquatics@tricocentre.ca.
No, participants only need their Customer ID number to access their report cards. The swim instructor will supply this to you at the last lesson. This unique ID will remain the same throughout their swim programs at Trico Centre. If you missed the last class, or your lost your Customer ID, please review the steps above “I don’t have my instruction slip / customer ID, what do I do?”
