Brunch Fitness Series

Join our Trico Centre instructors once a month from 10:00am – 12:00 pm at Craft Beer Market in Southcentre Mall for a fitness class followed by brunch.

Bend & Brunch

Join us Sunday October 26, 2025 at Craft Beer Market in Southcentre Mall, for a Yoga class at 10:00a, followed by brunch.

$35 ticket – includes one brunch item and a non alcoholic beverage (coffee, tea or juice)
AVOCADO TOAST : two poached farm fresh eggs, rosemary focaccia, guacamole, pickled red onion, cherry tomatoes, herb vinaigrette, feta, hemp hearts, crispy hashbrowns

This is a 4-week intensive on arm balances like crow, crane, peacock, flying pigeon, and maybe some other bird like poses. Strength and balance are key and built through repetition and refinement. Take your yoga to the next level and update your social media profile pic at the same time.

Yoga Workshop: Inversions

See what the world looks like when its inverted. Gain the strength, balance and CONFIDENCE of going upside-down. Headstands and handstands are considered the queen and king of the yoga poses for a reason. Find out why and how using supported progressions and expert refinement.
