We hope this message finds you well and looking forward to another exciting visit to the Trico Centre. We are writing to inform you about a significant change that will be taking place within our pool area.
After careful consideration and evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to remove the waterslide from the pool area. This decision was not taken lightly, and we want to provide you with the reasons behind this initiative.
Your safety is our top priority
Over time, our waterslide has aged (38 years), and despite our continuous maintenance efforts, it has become challenging to ensure that our slide meets the highest safety standards. As a responsible operator, we believe it is essential to prioritize your well-being.
Are we planning to replace the slide?
We are currently evaluating options for features to replace the slide. Our objective will be to provide our guests and members with a safe and long-lasting structure for years to come!
While we understand that the removal of the waterslide may cause disappointment, we are also excited to share that this initiative opens opportunities for us to introduce new, and innovative expansions in the future. Our team is dedicated to constantly improving your experience and creating lasting memories.
