Spin & Resistance

6:05am to 6:50am

Location: Fitness Centre

Combine a heart-pumping cycle with resistance circuits to create a well-rounded fitness workout.  This class is perfect for the first-time spinner who would like a more gentle introduction to indoor cycling as well as the more seasoned cyclist eager to include some weight training.

This class takes place in Studio 1.

 
 

Bike 'n Barre*

9:15am to 10:15am

Instructor: Kristen S.
Location: Fitness Centre

We put it all together for you in this class fusing the cardio and strength benefits of cycling with the flexibility, focus and core work of a barre class.

This class takes place in Studio 3.

Spin 'n Stretch*

1:15pm to 2:15pm

Instructor: Melissa S.
Location: Fitness Centre

Get energized with 30-40 minutes of high intensity intervals, drills and Tabata sets on the bike, then relax and renew those muscles and joints with 20-30 minutes of stretching.  Stretches will focus on the muscle groups used for cycling.

This class takes place in Studio 1.
