Combine a heart-pumping cycle with resistance circuits to create a well-rounded fitness workout.  This class is perfect for the first-time spinner who would like a more gentle introduction to indoor cycling as well as the more seasoned cyclist eager to include some weight training.

This class takes place in Studio 1.
