Hatha Yoga

A class emphasizing longer, static holds and more depth in each asana.  You'll be guided through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.

Yin/Restore

10:30am to 11:30am

Location: Fitness Centre

Long, gentle holds focusing on supporting the connective tissue and joints while opening the hips, back, and shoulders.  Supported poses using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets allow the body to relax, open and renew.

Vinyasa Flow

10:30am to 11:30am

Location: Fitness Centre

Move through a series of sun salutations and standing postures focusing on breath, balance and building a strong body. Afterwards work on releasing and relaxing sore, tight muscles through a series of seated and laying postures. Some yoga experience required.

Stabilize & Restore Yoga

10:30am to 11:30am

Increase strength and stability around joints then enjoy supported poses using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets allow the body to relax, open and renew.

Gentle Flow

A slower, less vigorous Flow class.

Open the hips, chest, back and shoulders with long, gentle holds focusing on the connective tissue and joints.  Explore myofascial release techniques to relieve muscle and joint pain and improve flexibility and range of motion.
