Kick off your day the right way!  This class is instructor's choice, but you can count on some form of cardio, whether cycling, kettlebells, skipping rope or plyometrics... and a core-centric blast.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned exercisers.

Build strength in 30 action-packed minutes!  From free weights and resistance bands to gliders and body weight, this workout uses a variety of formats to provide you with a fun, ever-changing range of strengthening, balance and core exercises.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Choose the duration of your workout!  Come when you like; leave when you're done; feel amazing!  Complete the posted circuit once and you'll get a high-intensity 30-minute workout that fits perfectly into your busy day.  Complete the circuit twice when you want to push yourself to new heights.  An instructor will be on hand the entire hour to demonstrate, motivate and provide alternatives as necessary.

Inspired by CrossFit.  This high intensity class with high impact elements varies its weekly focus between speed, strength and aerobic intervals.  Although taxing, modifications are provided to suit appropriate body mechanics.  Great for anyone!

Build aerobic endurance and core strength in this challenging and motivating class.  The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.  Burn calories and have doing it!  This class includes a strength portion.
