The annual Fitness Challenge at Trico Centre is back, and it begins on Monday, February 12th – and like previous years, it comes with a twist…
Welcome to Trico Centre Land! In this fitness land, you have been challenged to complete 40 days of fitness.
Show up at Trico Centre every day for 40 days and work out for a minimum of 30 minutes. Earn day off (the gym!) power-ups by completing one of our engaging weekly workouts or wellness challenges! Workouts and challenges will be posted at the fitness desk. You can choose what works for you: strength training, cardio, a pool workout, quiet stretching, an instructor-led class, stick and puck, skating… whatever you like.
Complete 20, 30, or all 40 blocks of your warp pipe to qualify to enter draws for various prizes, including two months of free pass fees, three free personal training sessions, free registration to the class of your choice, or gift cards from our partners! The more days you complete, the more prizes you eligible to try to win. After you complete 20 blocks of your warp pipe, you receive a limited edition 40-day Super Trico t-shirt!
