Based on availability, returning contract holders will be given first-right-of-refusal to renew their respective relationships. If a returning customer returns their time(s) two years in a row, they will officially lose the right to refusal on that time(s). New contract customers will be offered time based on existing availability and in the order that applications are submitted.

When you are filling out your request consider offering as much detail as possible, and maybe even consider submitting a weekly snapshot of your ideal week if you need multiple times per week. This helps us see where we can (if we can) better address the needs of your organization or group. Consider being as flexible as possible – this also increases the chances of the needs of the group being met. EVERY Organization/Group wanting to be considered for seasonal space MUST complete this form.

Fall/Winter Applications are due April 30. Draft contracts to accepted applicants will be sent no sooner than May 20. Contracts must be signed by June 30.
Spring Applications are due November 1. Draft contracts to accepted applicants will be sent no sooner than December 1. Contracts must be signed by January 15.
Summer Applications are due November 15. Draft contracts to accepted applicants will be sent no sooner than December 15. Contracts must be signed by February 15.
