Going for Gold - 40 Day Fitness Challenge, presented by Fuji Ramen & Sushi

The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well

– Pierre de Coubertin

Train Like a Champion!

The 40-Day Fitness Challenge invites you to step into your own personal challenge. From February 9 to March 20, commit to a minimum of 30 minutes of daily movement and build strength, endurance, and healthy habits worthy of the podium. This isn’t about perfection – it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and celebrating every win along the way.

How Does It Work?

  1. Register: Sign up online or at Guest Services.
  2. Train: Complete at least 30 minutes of activity at Trico Centre to earn your rings..
  3. Earn Recovery Days: Each week, complete a fitness or wellness challenge to earn one Recovery Day (maximum of one per week). Visit the Fitness Desk or check online for your weekly Champion Challenges.
  4. Earn rings: Get added to our challenge tracking board and add one ring for each day of training. Rings represent daily participation – not performance – making the challenge inclusive and achievable for everyone.
    • As the rings add up, you’ll see not only your own progress – but the shared commitment of the entire Trico Centre community training alongside you.
