Fall into Fitness 4-Week Challenge!

The “Fall into Fitness” challenge is your opportunity to create a sustainable fitness and wellness routine. From October 14, 2025, to November 10, 2025, dedicate a minimum of 30 minutes daily to your health with activities that suit your style.

Why Join the Challenge?

  • Flexibility: Choose your preferred workouts — strength training, cardio, pool sessions, quiet stretching, instructor-led classes, Stick & Puck, or leisure skating.
  • Motivation: Weekly wellness challenges keep you engaged and help you earn “Recovery Days” to rest and recharge.
  • Community: Join others striving for better health, building strength, resilience, and habits together.

How Does It Work?

  1. Register: Sign up online or at Guest Services.
  2. Show Up: Work out at Trico Centre every day for 4 weeks, committing to at least 30 minutes of activity.
  3. Earn Recovery Days: Complete a weekly fitness or wellness challenge to earn one “Recovery Day” per week.
  4. Track Progress: Be added to our tracking board and receive your complimentary sweat towel upon registration.

Dates & Cost

Challenge Dates: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 – Monday, November 10, 2025

Cost: Free for Trico Centre members.

Not a member? When you register for the challenge, you receive a Fitness Challenge Pass for $80.95 (regular price:  $112/one month).
The Pass gets you access to Trico Centre for the duration of the challenge (October 14 – November 10).

Weekly Challenges & Recovery Days

Each week, explore ways to earn a “Recovery Day,” including activities that may introduce you to new workouts or wellness practices. Completing just one challenge earns you a maximum of one recovery day, which you can use anytime during the 28-day period.

The Importance of Recovery Days

Recovery days are critical to your fitness journey. They allow muscles to repair, reduce injury risk, prevent burnout, and support mental well-being. Use recovery days to recharge and return stronger, staying consistent in achieving your fitness goals.
