As the flowers bloom and the sun starts shining a little brighter, it’s the perfect time to shake off winter and get moving—and we’ve got just the thing to keep you inspired!
Starting Monday, May 5 through Sunday, May 19, Trico Centre is hosting a feel-good fitness event that’s all about building healthy habits, connecting with community, and having fun while you do it. Introducing our Spring Blossoms Cardio Challenge!
Every time you complete 30 minutes of cardio—whether it’s on the treadmill, elliptical, rower, or three-lane track—or join any of our Group Exercise classes (we’re talking Butts & Gutts, Meta-Bolic, Step, Cardio Dance, and more), you’ll earn a leaf for our blossoming community tree.
Simply write your full name on the back of your leaf and place it on the tree displayed in our fitness centre.
Each leaf = one entry into our prize draw! 🎁 The more you move, the more chances you have to win!
This is a challenge for everyone. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or are a regular in our classes, this is your chance to:
