sTRXngth: 55+

The TRX is a suspension-based system relying almost completely on body weight exercises.  We challenge you-vs-you in this strength-based class with off-frame stations. This class will teach proper form and technique on the TRX suspension trainers and deliver a comprehensive, challenging workout.

Class sizes are capped at 14 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.
