Sculpt & Core

Looking to tone up your body? This muscular endurance class works the entire body with the use of various equipment (ie. weights, tubing, steps and more).  If you like to feel the burn, this class is for you.

All fitness levels welcome. Class sizes are capped at 20 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.
