Row & Lift

Rowing combines high energy, high intensity, low impact and total body conditioning into a workout that is suitable for anyone to get fit! Rowing is one of the few non-weight bearing sports that exercises ALL the major muscle groups. Then we continue more muscly stuff with body weight and strength training for the whole body.

Class sizes are capped at 16 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.
