Pilates

Pilates creates a method of total body conditioning that will emphasize body alignment, core and muscle strength, and flexibility.  This class facilitates general movement, and posture awareness, and is excellent cross training for many sports (i.e. running, golf, skiing, etc.).

Class sizes are capped at 20 participants.

Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.

NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.

FREE for members! Entry into group fitness classes varies. Always free for members, $9.00-$16.00 for the public. Please check-in and pay at Guest Services.
