Cycling
Saddle up, put your head down and ride! Motivating music & little voice in your ear telling you to go, go, go. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great high intensity interval workout. All fitness level welcome.
Class sizes are capped at 20 participants.
Group Fitness Policies
All patrons must reserve their spot starting at noon, 5 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the activity begins.
You must check-in with Guest Services when you arrive for class. If you have not checked in 10 minutes before class, drop-ins will be admitted in your absence.
NO SHOW POLICY: Members will lose their pre-booking privileges for 3 no-shows in a 3-month period.
STUDIO ACCESS: Studio access will be limited to 15 minutes prior to class for all classes.
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel your spot. Cancellations must be done at least 6 hours prior to class start time (via confirmation email link OR user dashboard). *Phone call reservations/cancellations will not be accepted.
