Stage 4 Water Restrictions Lifted:
We are working to restore showers in the Fitness Centre and Arenas and opening the Steam Rooms. These services will be restored by 3pm on Friday January 16.

The Hot Tub will reopen for start of day Saturday January 17.

Intimidated by the weight machines in the fitness centre? Don’t know where to start or how to use the equipment? This orientation is for you; a 30 minute introduction to machine weights and cardio equipment.
