Equipment Rentals

The Playing Equipment Lending Program is built to spark greater participation in sport and recreation—whether through private programs or Trico Centre’s Drop-In Activities. Our goal is to remove barriers and make it easier for everyone to boost their fitness, stay active, and feel their best.

Rental fees help us maintain high-quality equipment, sustain the program, and support the operating costs of the gymnasium. They also encourage users to treat each item with the care and respect it deserves, ensuring a great experience for everyone.

Forgot something? We’ve got you covered. Birdies, pickleballs, and hockey pucks are available for just $2 each, so you can stay in the game without missing a beat.

Policies

• All equipment lenders need a Customer Profile so we can link the rental correctly. A pre-authorized payment method (credit card or ECP) is also required for convenience and security.

• Rental fees are processed once the equipment is returned. If an item comes back with damage beyond normal wear and tear, a small damage fee may be added to help cover repairs or replacement.

• Equipment is available to rent in the formats listed in the table below, ensuring each item is used as intended.

• Members enjoy a full discount on the rental of a single piece of drop-in equipment. Please note that discounts do not apply to equipment kits for private gymnasium rentals.

• Equipment rentals are offered at the time of your activity or private booking and are subject to availability. At this time, rentals cannot be reserved in advance.
