When is the package available? Does it expire?
The Trico Centre Discovery Bundle is available for purchase online or at Guest Services from November 12 – December 31.
All offers in the bundle expire June 30, 2025
I purchased the Trico Centre Discovery Bundle online - now what?
After you purchase the bundle online, the Trico Centre Guest Services team will set your bundle aside.
Your purchased bundle will be available for pick-up the next day at our Guest Services desk (down the ramp).
How do I redeem my discounts and offers?
Upon purchasing your Trico Centre Discovery Bundle, you’ll receive an envelope full of coupons with details on redeeming the 5-visit pass and discounts at participating locations.
- 5 Visit Pass with 5 buddy passes
- Visit Guest Services with your 5-visit card to apply the visits to your Trico Centre account. If you don’t have an account, our team can set you up quickly. Please bring ID for account set up.
- If you’ve purchased the bundle for a friend, they can bring their 5-visit card to Guest Services.
- To bring a buddy along, just bring your “Bring a Friend” punch card. The punch card must be presented to redeem a buddy pass.
- Trico Centre Family Pass
- When you’re ready to bring your family, just bring the physical Family Pass from your Discovery Bundle to Guest Services. The pass will allow access to a maximum 5 people (up to 2 adults).
- Bonus Performance Planning Session
- Book your Performance Planning Session online (https://tricocentre.ca/fitness/personal-training/) and select “yes” to the question “Are you a Trico Centre Discovery Bundle holder?”. With this selected, the personal training knows to add an additional 15 minutes to your session!
- 20% off Registered Program Coupon
- Find the perfect program for yourself and bring the physical 20% off Registered Program Fees card to Guest Services. Our team will register you in the program, with the 20% discount.
- 20% off food at Moxies
- Bring the coupon to Moxies, Shawnessy location, and the 20% discount will be applied to your food items.
- Free Jugo Juice Smoothie
- Bring the coupon to Jugo Juice, Trico Centre location, for your free smoothie.
