Yin yoga in the warm, soothing glow of candles. Enjoy a special evening of effortless and pure restorative poses, while soaking in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, Planetary gongs, chimes and water sound instruments.

Promoting deep relaxation and relief from the effects of chronic stress. Time to reconnect with ourselves and restore our minds and bodies.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Some props will be provided.

Come visit our winter wonderland as we listen to Christmas music, decorate cookies, and create an ornament for the tree!

This is a parent supervised activity for children ages 3 and up. The workshop is open between 1-3pm. Upon entry, each registered child will receive their craft kit.
