We have a variety of camps for Preschool age children (3-6 yrs) during the Summer. Camps are designed to welcome everyone - from the child who is experiencing their first time away from parents, to the child becoming ready for preschool and kindergarten. We have a variety of genres to keep them busy and interested in learning and exploring new activities.
We offer half-day camps for 3-5 year olds and a full-day camp option for 4-6 year olds. All camps are registered weekly camps as preschool children benefit from experiencing the same camp each day in the week.
We offer a Daily Camp in the afternoons 1-4 pm only.
It is recommended children ages 3-4 years participate in half-days only as camps are very active and they do get quite tired.
All preschool campers (3-6 yrs) MUST be potty trained at the time of the camp start date, no exceptions. Children wearing pull ups and/or diapers will not be permitted and Trico Centre reserves the right to withdraw a child from a camp.
We expect this may be some children’s first time at camp and may feel nervous. Send your child with a Family Memento such as a little picture, extra keys, special item from home in their lunch bag. They may feel more comfortable on arrival and during the day.
Please see our Day Camp Handbook for wonderful tips and suggestions to help your preschooler to have the best experience at camp.
