Core XPress

Improve your endurance, posture and performance and build inner power and strength as you move through a functional series of exercises for abdominals, back, hips and gluteals.  Modifications are given so this class is suitable for everyone!
 

Pure Strength

Full body, higher load strength training to improve strength, stability, mobility and endurance.  An athletic dynamic warmup prepares you to work hard!


Cardio Sculpt

This class blends cardiovascular training with weight training and flexibility to get you on your way to a stronger, leaner body and a healthier state of mind.


Cardio Core

Kick off your day the right way!  This class is instructor's choice, but you can count on some form of cardio, whether cycling, kettlebells, skipping rope or plyometrics... and a core-centric blast.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned exercisers.


Hi Lo

Build aerobic endurance and core strength in this challenging and motivating class.  The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.  Burn calories and have doing it!


Zumba (Zoom only)

Motivating, high-energy music and unique moves in a fun atmosphere.


Motiv8

Keep your heart-rate pumping through an exhilarating timed-interval workout.  Work at your own pace to get lean and strengthen targeted muscle groups.

 

Older Adult Dryland Fitness Classes

Gentle Fit

An active, social class designed to to enhance your cardiovascular/respiratory systems, improve bone density and develop your balance.  This class uses chairs rather than mats for many strengthening/stretching exercises.


Fit 'n Fab

A gentle aerobic and muscle conditioning class designed with the older adult in mind.  Improve balance, aerobic endurance, flexibility and muscle tone.

 

Spin Classes


Iron Ride

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with both optimum fat burning and strength building.  This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

 

Mind / Body Classes


Yin / Restore

Long, gentle holds focusing on supporting the connective tissue and joints while opening the hips, back, and shoulders.  Supported poses using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets allow the body to relax, open and renew. 


Pilates

A thorough body conditioning class that helps build flexibility and lean muscle while focusing on spinal and pelvic alignment.  Suitable for all levels.


Yoga Foundations

A class emphasizing longer, static holds and more depth in each asana.  You'll be guided through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.


Yoga Strong

This class provides the perfect balance between yoga poses designed to build strength and stability and long holds designed to lengthen and restore the strengthened musculature.


Slow Flow for Strength

Build strength and balance as you move slowly, mindfully and powerfully through various combinations of poses.
