In-Person Spin Classes
Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with both optimum fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

Yoga for Balance & Stability
Improve balance, strength, control and proprioception (the subtle sense of the body’s position in space) as you move through poses designed to tone and lengthen musculature and build a stronger core. Afterwards, gently release and unwind with a series of restful poses.
Yin / Yang
Experience two yoga styles for twice the benefit! Release and relax the body with long, deep floor stretches then enjoy a more active practice to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
Yin / Restore
Long, gentle holds focusing on supporting the connective tissue and joints while opening the hips, back, and shoulders. Supported poses using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets allow the body to relax, open and renew.
