Older Adult Registered Classes

Prevent falls, improve balance and bone density, stay strong and limber, maintain independence!   Whatever your focus, Trico Centre has an older adult class designed with your long term health -- and a healthy dose of fun -- in mind.  Classes like Balance Builders, delivered in partnership with Alberta Health Services, focus on balance and gait as well as muscle strength and endurance.   Bones and Balance helps you build both balance and dense, strong bones while Chair Yoga adapts yoga poses to a chair so that you can keep doing what you love without getting down onto the floor!

Small Group Training & Workshops

Trim up, tone up, learn to squat the right way, learn yoga techniques to help tight hips and hamstrings or relieve back pain, take a myofascial release workshop to help release chronically tight muscles..... or maybe share an evening of laughter, kindness and respect at one of our new Thai Massage Playshops!
