How Does it Work?
Register for the challenge online, or at Guest Services.
Show up at Trico Centre every day for 40 days and work out for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Earn “days off” (the gym!!) by completing one of our engaging weekly workouts or wellness challenges or by simply trying something new! Workouts/challenges will be posted at the fitness desk.
You choose the daily exercise modality that works for you: strength training, cardio, a pool workout, quiet stretching, an instructor-led class, stick and puck, skating...
Every week you will have the opportunity to earn a maximum of one day off from the gym (to be taken whenever you like within the 40 days of the challenge). Stay tuned for information on how to earn surprise days off too!
Please register (free) for the challenge, so we can add you to our tracking board, and you can select your shirt size.
Make it to day 40 and you qualify to enter draws for 2 months of free pass fees, three free personal training sessions or a Slastix resistance band package!
Make it to day 30 and qualify to enter draws for a free registration to the class of your choice, a miniband loop package or a fitness training accessories package!
Make it to day 20 and you receive a limited edition 40-day challenge t-shirt!
