Iron Ride*

9:15am to 10:15am

Location: Fitness Centre

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with both optimum fat burning and strength building.  This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

This class takes place in Studio 1.

SPINtensity*

10:30am to 11:30am

Location: Fitness Centre

An effective way to build cardio endurance, burn calories and have fun!  Interval training and cadence control are tools riders will learn along the way.

This class takes place in Studio 1.

SPRINTensity*

6:25pm to 7:25pm

Location: Fitness Centre

Bring your adrenaline and get ready to ride.  This challenging 1-hour spin class focuses on sprints and other intervals for optimal cardio conditioning and calorie burning.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class takes place in Studio 1.
