Iron Ride

6:05am to 6:50am

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with both optimum fat burning and strength building.  This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

This class takes place in Studio 1.

An effective way to build cardio endurance, burn calories and have fun!  Interval training and cadence control are tools riders will learn along the way.

This class takes place in Studio 1.
