Yoga for Balance & Stability10:30am to 11:30amInstructor: Improve balance, strength, control and proprioception (the subtle sense of the body’s position in space) as you move through poses designed to tone and lengthen musculature and build a stronger core. Vinyasa Yoga7:00pm to 8:00pmInstructor: Strength and flexibility training is accomplished through many different asanas (or poses). Mind and spirit are calmed through pranayama (or breathing and meditation practices). Afterwards the body and soul are re-invigorated for the challenges of work, play and life in general.
