Saddle up, put your head down and ride! Motivating music & little voice in your ear telling you to go, go, go. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great high intensity interval workout.  All fitness level welcome.

Baby & You: Barre (registered)

This class focuses on posture, core strength and flexibility, and is inspired by a blend of dance, strength training and yoga. This class uses the barre, along with resistance bands, light weights and bender balls. The results? A long, lean, strong body. Pre-mobile babies recommended.
