Strength XPress

8:30am to 9:00am

Build strength in 30 action-packed minutes!  From free weights and resistance bands to gliders and body weight, this workout uses a variety of formats to provide you with a fun, ever-changing range of strengthening, balance and core exercises.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class takes place in Studio 1.

Get your heart pumping with this mix of dynamic moves to build strength, endurance and power.  Take your workout to a whole new level with metabolic training that increases heart rate though short bursts of exercises followed by active recovery time.

Inspired by CrossFit.  This high intensity class with high impact elements varies its weekly focus between speed, strength and aerobic intervals.  Although taxing, modifications are provided to suit appropriate body mechanics.  Great for anyone!
