Total Body Blast

6:05am to 6:50am

Enjoy a full body workout including core and cardio components each class.  Each class will offer a variety of equipment and training formats including tabatas, intervals, circuits and more. 

Studio 1


Barbell XPress

8:30am to 9:00am

Build muscle and boost your metabolism in this quick, highly efficient and fun half hour.  All fitness levels welcome.

This class takes place in Studio 1.



9:15am to 9:45am

Instructor: Simone
Location: Fitness Centre

Step, sweat,and smile as you glide through a 30 minute step class, suitable for all levels.  Let the music move you and the rhythms guide you as you burn calories in this fun, energetic step class.  Step may be old but the way we teach's new again!

This class takes place in Studio 1.


Full Throttle

9:30am to 10:30am

Instructor: Melissa S.
Location: Fitness Centre

Inspired by CrossFit.  This high intensity class with high impact elements varies its weekly focus between speed, strength and aerobic intervals.  Although taxing, modifications are provided to suit appropriate body mechanics.  Great for anyone!



9:45am to 10:15am

Sculpt, shape and tone -- all the key ingredients to defining beautiful muscle.  This metabolic conditioning class goes beyond the basics of muscle work to ensure you get the heart pumping and the body moving.  A time-efficient, maximum calorie workout utilizing functional movement patterns and various resistance equipment.


Step It Up

5:00pm to 6:00pm

Instructor: Heather
Location: Fitness Centre

Build aerobic endurance and core strength in this challenging and motivating class.  The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.  Burn calories and have fun doing it!

This class takes place in Studio 1.
