Cardio Core

Kick off your day the right way!  This class is instructor's choice, but you can count on some form of cardio, whether cycling, kettlebells, skipping rope or plyometrics... and a core-centric blast.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned exercisers.

Barbell Sculpt

Build muscle and boost your metabolism!  This thorough, hour-long, full-body workout uses mainly barbells and barbells to challenge and strengthen all fitness levels.

Combine TRX training with power moves for the ultimate workout to increase strength, endurance, balance, coordination, power and core stability.  This high-intensity, one-hour experience aims to push your limits and keep you sweating AND smiling!
