Suitable for all levels, this class provides a vigorous workout designed to keep your heart pumping and a smile on your face! A variety of techniques, including muscle conditioning and steady state as well as interval training will be used to improve your endurance and strengthen your core.
11:15am to 12:15pm
Work at your own pace through timed intervals featuring a mix of dynamic moves designed to take your fitness to a brand new level. Then refresh and renew muscles with a long, relaxing stretch.
3:00pm to 3:45pm
Improve cardiovascular fitness and increase overall muscle tone and core strength as you exercise using varying tempos, hand positions and ranges of motion. A variety of equipment including noodles and water dumbbells may be used.
