Explore the benefits of deep water aqua with this total body workout that uses varying tempos, hand positions and ranges of motion to modify movement intensity.  Improve your mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance.



9:15am to 10:15am

Suitable for all levels, this class provides a vigorous workout designed to keep your heart pumping and a smile on your face!  A variety of techniques, including muscle conditioning and steady state as well as interval training will be used to improve your endurance and strengthen your core.


H2O Tabata 'n Tranquil Stretch

11:15am to 12:15pm

Work at your own pace through timed intervals featuring a mix of dynamic moves designed to take your fitness to a brand new level.  Then refresh and renew muscles with a long, relaxing stretch.


H2O Energy 4 All

3:00pm to 3:45pm

Location: Swimming Pool

Improve cardiovascular fitness and increase overall muscle tone and core strength as you exercise using varying tempos, hand positions and ranges of motion.  A variety of equipment including noodles and water dumbbells may be used.
