Long, gentle holds focusing on supporting the connective tissue and joints while opening the hips, back, and shoulders.  Supported poses using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets allow the body to relax, open and renew. 

This place takes place in our Community Meeting Room.


Slow Flow

7:00pm to 8:00pm

Instructor: Sara
Location: Fitness Centre

The perfect class for students wanting to slow down and deepen into their practice.  Emphasis is given to aligning breath and movement, allowing you time to reflect as you pay full attention and relax more deeply into each asana.

This class takes place in our Community Meeting Room.
