A thorough body conditioning class that helps build flexibility and lean muscle while focusing on core strength, posture, pelvic alignment and muscle balance.  Please bring your own yoga mat.

Yoga Foundations

10:30am to 11:30am

Location: Mind/Body Studio

A class emphasizing longer, static holds and more depth in each asana.  You'll be guided through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.  Please bring your own yoga mat.  Some props (no bolsters) will be provided.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins as doors will be locked promptly at 10:30am.

Hatha Yoga

6:30pm to 7:30pm

Location: Mind/Body Studio

A class emphasizing longer, static holds and more depth in each asana.  You'll be guided through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.
