WOD UP?

9:30am to 10:30am

Choose the duration of your workout!  Come when you like; leave when you're done; feel amazing!  Complete the posted circuit once and you'll get a high-intensity 30-minute workout that fits perfectly into your busy day.  Complete the circuit twice when you want to push yourself to new heights.  An instructor will be on hand the entire hour to demonstrate, motivate and provide alternatives as necessary.

H2O Tabata 'n Tranquil Stretch

11:30am to 12:30pm

Work at your own pace through timed intervals featuring a mix of dynamic moves designed to take your fitness to a brand new level.  Then refresh and renew muscles with a long, relaxing stretch.

 
 

H2O Energy 4 All

3:00pm to 3:45pm

Improve cardiovascular fitness and increase overall muscle tone and core strength as you exercise using varying tempos, hand positions and ranges of motion.  A variety of equipment including noodles and water dumbbells may be used.

 
 

BodyShox Circuit

Perfect for time-crunched fitness fans!  Combines high-intensity cardio intervals with strength training for a comprehensive -- and seriously kick-butt -- workout.  No matter your current fitness level, you're on your way to a leaner, stronger body and a healthier state of mind!

Hatha Yoga

7:30pm to 8:30pm

A class emphasizing longer, static holds and more depth in each asana.  You'll be guided through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.

Iron Ride*

7:30pm to 8:30pm

Location: Fitness Centre

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with both optimum fat burning and strength building.  This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.  Suitable for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists!

This class takes place in Studio 2.
