Our open gymnasium time provides a designated space for people of all ages to experience recreation and fitness on their own terms. Bring your own equipment and practice your movement of choice (e.g. dance, fitness, skipping, etc.). No nets will be available, but you’re welcomed to practice your sport without them (e.g. soccer, basketball, floor hockey, etc.). Youth 12 years and younger MUST be accompanied by a guardian (16+).

Practice passing, shooting, and stick handling in a casual environment. NO goalies, scrimmages, formal instruction, pylons, or related objects.

FULL GEAR MANDATORY FOR CHILDREN. Must be 3-5 years old with a playing guardian (16+) on the ice. Hockey helmet and skates MANDATORY for adults. Bring your own equipment.

PLAYERS MUST PAY ADMISSION AT GUEST SERVICES BEFORE GOING ON THE ICE.  Registration opens 30 minutes before the ice time for non-members. Maximum 20 players per session.

Hot Tub & Shallow Parent and Tot Swim: no slide, rope, rain or waves will be available at this time.

Parents and tots are able to utilize the shallow end of the pool during this swim time for $10 (includes 1 parent and up to 2 tots/preschoolers this time ONLY)

Regular drop in prices for those dropping in without tots or preschoolers. 

There will be Aqua fit running over this time  in the deep end of the pool, this many include fitness music

Not affiliated with Skate Canada, figure skaters can enjoy an additional ice time to practice skills, jumps, and spins. This is not an ice time for beginner skaters. Skaters must be at least 9 years old and any skater under 14 years must have adult supervision in the arena at all times. Coaching is permitted and coaches must be registered as a paid participant and must be Skate Canada Certified (You may be asked to show your credentials). Please respect the flow of the ice as would at your home club.  Maximum 15 skaters per session.

Bring a friend or make a friend at drop-in badminton! Available to all ages and skill levels. Please note that if other players are waiting for a court; games are limited to doubles and matches to 21 points (or 15 minutes if not playing a game) with no more than 2 minutes of warm-up. Please wear shoes with non-marking soles and bring your own birdie and racket. Maximum 32 players per session.
